Ordering Details

Payment Options
1. Call (416) 769-4137 or 1-866-553-4146 to supply the details of your order, along with your credit card information. (We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.)
2. Fax your order form to (416) 763-0988 with your credit card information.
3. Mail your order form to Ward & Patch Sports, 777 Annette Street, Toronto, Ontario, M6S 2E4, Canada, with your payment by certified cheque or credit card. (Please allow time for us to receive and process your cheque before your order can be shipped.)

Shipping Costs
When you submit your order we will contact you with your shipping costs and await your confirmation before proceeding with your purchase. Please specify if you require expedited shipping and/or shipping to other locations. We ship all over the world.

International Orders
We welcome international orders. A currency converter tool is offered to enable you to estimate our prices in your currency. This estimate is for your convenience only and may not be the exact amount charged to your credit card at the time you place an order. The currency converter remains active on your taskbar so you can activate it as needed to check prices.

Pricing & Payment Terms
a) Prices subject to change without notice.
b) Prices FOB Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
c) For Canadian orders only, Canadian taxes will be added to the price as applicable.
d) We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Backorders
Occasionally product shortages become unavoidable. You will be notified when items are not in stock. Out of stock items are shipped to you as soon as they become available.

Returns
- Returns will be allowed only within 15 days of shipment.
- Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany your returned goods.
- Refunds will be issued by exchange of goods or by a credit note. Cash refunds are not issued.
- A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all items.
- Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranties
Our suppliers' warranties are extended to you. Our own customer satisfaction policy always applies though, so we encourage you to consult us if you experience a problem with your purchase after the warranty period.
