We are a high volume retailer and we have developed great relationships with our manufacturers, agents, and affiliates to offer you, our customer, pricing that is competitive in today's market. We go to these measures to eliminate the old retail ways of high prices and negotiation tactics that give a false sense of savings that are still used today. You will see two and sometimes three prices on all our products. The first listed as “MSRP” states what our manufacturers feel is what their products are worth to the consumer. Second, you will see our price which is what we find to be competitive in today's market. Lastly, you will see sale pricing on products that are truly on sale. We believe this creates a high level of truthful and ethical business practices that we are proud to stand behind.
There are times that our competition will have a lower price or we simply price our products and services out of fair market value. In cases like this we will match a competitor's price given it is the same product and in stock, the same size, same colour, same model year, market considerations are taken into account and do not conflict with manufacturer's pricing and shipping policies with proof of sale to be shown to us.

We always make it a point to call you as soon as we receive fax orders to confirm and gain authorization as well as address any special instructions. All Orders may be paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, POSTAL MONEY ORDER ( Canada ), INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER ( USA and International), CERTIFIED CHEQUE, or BANK DRAFT.
COD and PERSONAL CHEQUE are not accepted forms of payment at any time.
All orders are entered in CANADIAN FUNDS and converted to the currency of the cardholder on their credit card statement. Therefore all pricing provided verbally or online, is approximate and may vary slightly due to the actual current exchange rates. This will affect all customers in the USA and INTERNATIONAL.
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Orders will be honoured at prices noted at time of order placement.
USA customer shipping and handling costs will include brokerage and duty. This will be charged in CANADIAN FUNDS and converted to the currency of the cardholder on their credit card statement.
Canadian customers are subject to all applicable taxes.
Return and Exchange Policy
We work extremely hard to satisfy every customer so that we don't come across returns or exchanges. Sometimes errors occur. If we do make a mistake please contact us, explain the situation and we will provide you with instructions to resolve the issue and make things right at our expense. Please note the following policy in the event a return or exchange must be made.
- All products returned or exchanged must be brand new and not used.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number. Please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-888-449-1274 to obtain a return authorization number.
- All returns or exchanges must have a photocopy of the original invoice, receipt, first and last name, phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address and any special instructions.
- All returns or exchanges must be notified within 5 days from the customer receiving the product.
- Return authorization numbers are only valid for 5 days, all return or exchange product must be in transit within 5 days, or they will be refused.
- Returns or exchanges must be shipped at the expense of the customer.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
- All exchanges will be replaced with the desired product or service. Customers are responsible for shipping and any balance owing on the new product or service to replace the returned new product or service.
- Delays in shipping are not cause for order return or exchange.
- Custom orders CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Please note once you have requested a return authorization number special instructions will be given to our valued customers. These instructions will vary for each and every customer. Please follow the provided instructions. If these instructions are not followed there may be additional charges to the customer for customs, brokerage, duties, taxes and shipping.
